Coinbase

Coinbase is handling the conversion to SYRUP for users as expected, and communicated leading up to launch. This is in line with their typical approach to token conversion processes.

Coinbase listing SYRUP is ongoing and separate to their communications around handling the conversion process from MPL to SYRUP.

MPL holders on Coinbase can use the process below to convert to SYRUP:

• Navigate to syrup.fi/convert using a supported web browser

• Connect Coinbase Wallet and follow the conversion workflow to select “Claim & Stake”

  • SYRUP that is staked will be represented as stSYRUP in the staking dashboard

  • SYRUP that is not staked will reflect in a user’s Coinbase wallet balance

• The conversion ratio is 1 MPL to 100 SYRUP

For convenience, MPL trading on Ethereum will remain available until further notice. For more details, view the Coinbase official announcement.

Token holders are encouraged to process the conversion quickly in order to access the benefits and utility of SYRUP, including staking rewards and governance participation.
