# Coinbase

Coinbase has listed SYRUP. Users can buy, sell and hold SYRUP on [coinbase.com](https://coinbase.com). View the [official announcement](https://x.com/CoinbaseExch/status/1900215706647511440). 

For Coinbase users that are still holding MPL.  Make sure to convert your MPL to SYRUP before the deadline which is 30 April 2025. 

MPL holders on Coinbase can use the process below to convert to SYRUP:

* Navigate to [syrup.fi/convert](http://syrup.fi/convert) using a supported web browser
* Connect Coinbase Wallet and follow the conversion workflow to select “Claim & Stake”
  * SYRUP that is staked will be represented as stSYRUP in the staking dashboard
  * SYRUP that is not staked will reflect in a user’s Coinbase wallet balance
* The conversion ratio is 1 MPL to 100 SYRUP

For convenience, MPL trading on Ethereum will remain available until further notice. For more details, view the Coinbase [official announcement](https://x.com/CoinbaseAssets/status/1856819403108520317).

Token holders are encouraged to process the conversion quickly in order to access the benefits and utility of SYRUP, including staking rewards and governance participation.
